Cave Interpreters

Location: City of Caves, Nottingham

Students will get the opportunity to explore a unique set of historically significant caves with one of our expert guides.

Learn how the way people have used the caves has changed over time from the 1400’s through to the 1940’s.

Get hands on interpreting a range of archaeological objects to understand how our knowledge of the past is constructed. They will analyse the archaeological objects to find out what the objects can share about the past. Students will then write a short report, including some finds Illustrations.
